Leslie Wood

  I have been dabbling in art ever since I can remember.  I have a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, but after working for a year or two, decided to go back and take some art classes.  I went back to University of Alabama in Huntsville and studied photography, sculpture and painting.  Currently my work varies from mixed media collages to assemblage art to jewelry making.  I feel like I go where the art takes me; and I’m not really sure where I might end up.  You can find my work at local shows such as the Montesano Art Show, Athens Art on the Square and at the Naked Art Gallery in Birmingham.  I also sell my work online in my Etsy shop.  I occasionally teach classes at the Huntsville Art League.  See some of my work at: Blog: http://www.lesliewood.typepad.com/ Etsy: http://lesliewoodarts.etsy.com or email me at lesliewoodarts@yahoo.com
