'Photography is about finding something interesting in an ordinary place. It has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them. Erwin My strong interest in people and their creativity has been with me most of my life.Deciding half way through my B.A. accreditation that I needed more skills in visual arts, I pursued a professional certification in Digital Photography. Since 2005, my life has centered on living/working/studying in Windsor, Ontario, and most of my free time, in the beginning, was spent walking around the streets of Windsor as a way of trying to understand and see where it was that I was living. I chose to "capture" and "dialogue" with the world around me vis-a-vis the use of my digital camera, and as a result produced a substantial body of work. During these last years, some of my pictures and photographic essays have been published in newspapers and magazines in North America and Europe and have been exhibited in Ontario and Michigan. As an advocate of human rights and social justice as well as an enthusiast supporter of diversity in arts and culture, I found photography representing the best of my world: my love for people and my passion for beauty any form it may be.
