Angelina Fielding

I am primarily a painter of women as I feel that all women are beautiful and I try to project this in the images I create. While many of my paintings depict scenes from simple, ordinary affairs of life, I also paint subjects relating to women that are not so beautiful such as abuse, fear, grief, hurt and anguish. I want to use my art to bring awareness to these issues that many women deal with even today. Additionally, I like to bring a bit of my culture and heritage into my paintings by creating scenes from memory of my life in India. I am also a history lover and an avid reader. Many of my paintings depict images that showcase my love of history and classic novels.
