A long walk to the old Postoffice down by the 18th century waterfront docks on this cold and bright December 1 to mail the book away seems a hopeful-prayerful day! In the middle of working on this sketchbook I became aware of and also submitted application for The Rome Prize offered by The American Academy in Rome.

Thanks guys for comments...it's such good practice to have a sort of deadline to prompt drawing and thinking about drawing on a regular basis!! Getting close to finishing this one and getting it in the mail...

Are these examples for The Sketchbook Project?  Whether or not, I like the collage method you use and the mixed media.  Looks like a lively collection, well done!  I hope to see your work at Brooklyn Art Library.
