Annie Hamilton-Grundy 5 monthsHI juana if you are interested in illuminated manuscripts you should check out the Book of Hours (french) and the Lindesfarne Gospel (UK) - as a child I have always loved that stuff - we left Australia when I was seven and lived in England until I waqs 14 and we returned to Australia (my Mum was English and got homesick after having my little sister) so my parents use to take me to all the castles and historical sites around where we lived because I was so fasinated - we do not have this history or such old places in Australia, similar to the States being such 'new'countries. |
