Jessica Milliman

Im a working artist in my native upstate New York. After traveling and living around the US, I've decided that New York is a good place to continue growing with my art. After studying art in Italy and graduating from Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma in 2009 with my BFA in studio art, I've realized that art is an innate part of who I am and what I am becoming. My artwork is an expression of my life experiences, which has become an essential part in my art making. Each new experience brings on new challenges to my artwork and allows me to accept, adapted and enjoy every little aspect that I experience in life. 		Katherine Liontas-War about 2 years Jessica, I'm so happy to hear from you!! I miss seeing you at school and I would love to see you and some of your new works. I showed your printmaking portfolio to the beginning students last week and they loved your work!! I have it in my office when you are ready to pick it up. I've been busy with some new pieces too. I finished two new pieces right before school started last week, and I'm ready to start another lithograph. Last night, I went to the Museum of Wichita Falls for the opening of the new permanent collection. They purchased one of drawings and beautifully framed it. It was exciting to see it. If you get a chance, apply for the Texas/Oklahoma show again. I entered last week. Go to their website to download the prospectus. Pass this info to Heather if you are still in touch with her.
