Although Conesa’s career begun back in 1970, he struggled for many years to stay productive, it wasn’t until 1983 that he was able to become a full time artist. His work can be found in public, corporative and private collections in the US, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America and Europe.
Although he had explored a great number of subject matter throughout his 40 years art career, the well-being of the planet has been his most consequent concerns.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Art and Education from the Interamerican University, in San Germán, Puerto Rico and also a Master Degree in Painting and Drawing from the Pontifical Catholic University of Ponce, Puerto Rico.
His first digital works came up between 1986 to the 1994 and were drawings done using a computer mouse as a drawing tool.
In 2000 he begins to incorporate images of his works done by traditional means in to digital media, which allows him to create image variations in Photoshop and other graphic softwares. He adds texture and woks over his printed images creating a brand new work.
