My current paintings are abstracted landscapes in mainly blues and greens with an eerie, evening mood. My work attempts to capture darkness, as an internal and external mood of depth, and show there is enlightening and revealing beauty with-in these low-light scenes.   see my work at http://allisonjsmith.com   Biography Allison creates fine art oil paintings including abstracts and landscapes, commissions also include still-life and portrait. She uses her subject matter, many times in combinations, to express emotional states and unique relationships. Her work has been shown at Maxima Art Gallery, Tower Gallery and Sandra and David Bakalar Gallery in Boston, Massachusetts, and at Right Brain Art Gallery, Lyndon House Arts Center, Swan Coach House Gallery and Quinlan Visual Arts Center in Georgia
