A professional photographer/artist with international and  national group and solo shows in Museums and galleries for twenty-five years, Ann Bromberg's paintings using the donated  five words are inspired the Italian artist Mario Schifano.   "The Atlanta airport is the gateway to Italy every summer for me.  Last summer while visiting Rome, I came across a retrospective exhibition from the Italian painter Mario Schifano.  I was taken by the depth of his paintings and use of a word simply incorporated in several of his paintings.  Upon returning to the United States through the Atlanta airport,  I realized how Schifano's paintings had inspired me to incorporate oil paint, india ink, sharpie, and bees wax on to one canvas to emulate the deeper meaning on a 3x3 area."
