Long time artist/art teacher, my most remarkable experience is teaching art in Saudi Arabia to ex-patriot children from around the world. Presently and pleasantly, I am an adjunct art teacher in an Arizona community college two days a week and an artist in the studio the rest of the time. I have exhibited widely but never famously, though I am happy to note that people from around the globe own my work.

Hi there,

Just wondering, have you heard anything about the 10000 people project?  Was there an exhibit?  I haven't been able to find out anything.  Have you heard?

Hi Artbwf, Happy New Year! I hope this year brings you happiness and continued success. Thanks for the tips! I ended up using recycled cardboard and wood, then wrapped everything in paper. I am almost done... I tried to use your advise and use more texture and expand my thoughts more. I really appreciate all your help. Thanks!

Well Nancy, I imagine the piece could be glued to foamcore, masonite, plywood, or a heavier cardboard. I too am deliberating on what to do with recent collages I painted on corrigated cardboard. I have used wood strips glued to cardboard in the past but I wanted to do something different this time. Recently I saw  collages hung  inside a larger frame, and  in front of a mat board backing, that looked good.
