thanks good luck! i'd find that hard, color is so much a thing that i love, it d be almost impossible for me to do a theme without it... I'm doing hope - hopefully goes well.

I also think that art, crafts, scrapbook, whatever creative hobby you have is a Therapy. Showing your work and sharing it with total unknown people open your mind and is a totally enriching experience.

If you finally decide to launch, please let me know :)

Dont have a blog but maybe I should create one, I can see how useful they are! looks like fun... you know, its only in the last few months, literally from starting the 2 projects that i'm doing at the moment - Art Therapy without Borders Internat. Postcard Exchange, and this Sketchbook one, that I've ever shared my work in any kind of a public way. Apart from keeping journals and making art for myself or to share with friends, i havent put stuff up ... actually thats not true! I've done the One Million images, another US project online as well. 

But doing the Art Therapy cards, particularly, and now this one, has galvanised me into action. Actually ... god I can hardly see the text as Im writing, its like a feather on my screen. 

better get back to making some... maybe lunch and then art, I spose! lovely talking with you, lets keep it going!

thanks for your comment. yes, would have been useful to re do whole book, but im working with it, using 2 at a time as bit light otherwise, and pasting better paper on as I need to. 

love your blog, and your journal ideas! wish i were nearer, and i'd do one of the workshops... the people doing them look like theyre having fun!
