My name is Damaris and I'm a visual artist and writer from Ohio. I have recently been learning to enjoy and appreciate every success and evidence of growth on my artistic journey, inspite of any struggles, limitations and obstacles I may encounter on the road to success. I have met wonderful kindred spirits along the way and I hope to continue to make friends who appreciate creativity and doing things with passion, as much as I do. I love the Kevin Sullivan movies of Anne of Green Gables and Anne of Avonlea and my profile picture is of the Canadian author, Lucy Maud Montgomery. I hope to have the same courage she did to overlook multiple rejections so that I too will see my books published. My confidence is that I desire God's will for my life and I believe His doors will open for me in His perfect timing to see my artistic dreams come true and even purposes above what I can dream or imagine :)!
