Diane Hester

My paying job is a kitchen manager for an active senior living center. I wanted to be an artist for as long as I can remember. I am an artist but I would love to be able to support myself that way. I love baseball, hiking, gardening, cooking, reading and learning new things about any subject. I enjoy a good glass of wine, (especially when I can share it with someone special), I love to relax in the hot tub, and love a good western movie. I don't have enough time to spend on my artwork but definitely take advantage of any moment available when my muse is with me.

		Sheree Rensel about 3 years Diane, I have been an artist since I was born. I did the school thing and got my degrees. Now I have been an artist for decades. I think we would all love to be able to support ourselves via our art. However, that is a yin/yang kind of proposition. I have been the bohemian artist living off the fruits of my art labor and then I decided to take a day job. I like the way it is now much better. I make art and teach. One of the good things about this chosen art life is I don't have to worry so much about hard economic times. Also, I really like having credit cards. LOL LOL LOL LOL I think your work is very interesting! :-)
