Jackie Dives is an enthusiastic supporter of the Vancouver art, music, and film scenes. As the owner & operator of a Main Street boutique, The Petri Dish, Jackie crafted and sold locally-designed art, gifts & clothing, and coordinated art gallery openings for local Vancouver artists. Her own art & gift items have sold in numerous shops and art markets, and she was a curator for a pint-sized downtown art gallery, The Parking Spot. Jackie has also taught English in Taiwan, worked or volunteered for numerous film festivals and repertory theatres, and crewed & acted in a handful of small, DIY film productions.
