Hi Grace, Nice to hear from you after this time. Some of us stayed in touch on Facebook and are taking part in the next sketchbook project. What about you? Enjoyed seeing the contributions of your group. No more stories about 'the other side of the tracks' . I tried to let the drawings speak for themselves.

I have a hard time when it comes to abstract. I always want it to be something. My theme was 'And suddenly...' If that's not abstract, I don't know what is!

Thanks for your encouragement...I am not giving up, just trying to get outside myself and let go. Harder than it sounds...

I'm glad you like my trees. I see the human form in trees, and usually keep a digital in the car so I don't miss them.

Your sketchbook is fabulous. I was a huge disappointment to myself for not being able to get mine started and turn it in. My theme totally blocked my thought process, and I didn't do the first page. I feel pretty bad about it because that's not usually a problem for me.

Hello Grace, Today our sketchbooks will be out there to be
shared with whoever is interested. Guess what, I was looking at the
blog and at flickr, both of which are showing some photos of themed
boxes with our books -  I actually saw a corner of my book (it has
quite a distinctive colourful cover). At least I now know that it
arrived safely! The postal service in UK provided a very erratic
service at the end of last year - wild cat strikes etc. Anyway,  I
wished I could be there to see all the books of my new friends. Good
luck to all of you.
