Ann Isik 3 monthsIt's a small world as they say. Your mother born in Corbridge, like me. I got the acid-free tissue paper from Great Art. It's not expensive. You aren't supposed to put it through a printer as it's too thin, but I abuse all my machines! Ann |

Ann Isik 4 monthsHi Helen, I was born in Corbridge and my husband and I had a house near Haydon Bridge for a few years, upon Hadrian's Wall. We shopped in Carlisle. Yes, layering, transparency/opacity are elements. Fragility too - I used acid free tissue paper in my sketchbook. I am going to steal ideas from you: cutwork etc. Have some actually but didn't know what to do with it. I did Fine Art at Newcastle Uni but couldn't 'find my voice' with oil painting.
