Jennifer Cuellar

Jennifer Cuellar is a Los Angeles based artist and illustrator who grew up in Calexico, California for the first 24 years of her life. Upon leaving Calexico, she went on to graduate from Art Center College of Design with a BFA in Illustration three years later. Her art consists of reflections (memories, nature, emotional connections, and/or music) and how they visually intersect. Additionally, Jennifer has worked in film, providing design work and animation for the feature-length documentary Searching For Elliott Smith. She has also gone on to have her work exhibited internationally from New York to Los Angeles to Mexico. Aside from drawing, painting, shooting photos, and the visual arts in general, she is an avid drummer and can usually be found in her apartment wearing headphones and listening to music all day long.
