Jennie McNeely

I create artwork that is a mixture of surreal and realistic elements. I am Inspired by mythology, fantasy , spirituality and storytelling. I try to interplay those ideas with dreams, emotions and realistic figurative work. My fine art is primarily created in the mixed media of watercolor and colored pencil. I dabble in photography. Artists that inspire me and my work: Botticelli, John Singer Sargent, Salvador Dali, Jonathan Earl Bowser, Linda Ravenscroft, Artemesia, My 3D work centers around Environmental and game texture design. I am learning to create hyperrealistic environments, people and textures. Currently studying Digital Animation at University of Advancing Technology will graduate with a Multimedia Art Bachelors in Digital Animation in March 2010.
