thANK you so much for your comment!  i really liked that painting just the way it was...but couldn't leave it alone.  i prefer to do loose suggestive work but somehow i get all OCD about it and overwork so many times.  thanks again!!

Hey! Mail art... one of those difficult things to define... at it's simplest it is a piece of art that you send in the mail--with NO packaging.  The postcard, etc is the art.  Naked mail is when you send an object in the mail without a box, etc.  Like someone who sends a shoe with the address on the bottom... so mail art is endless possibilities.  There are lots of international mail art calls.. some with themes some open.  My theme is chromatophore but you can send anything.  If you check out the blog you'll see all current 178 entries! www.jenniferzoe.blogspot.com  There is no money involved--it's all for free.  I usually don't send stuff to every person who sends me something for the show but I do send out a whole lot of mail art... SOme mail art is in actual shows, some just virtual shows... I will be having a show at the end of August... Ok, hope that helps... otherwise google Ray Johnson and Fluxus!

We do like pics, and we like animals, we like drawings, we like projects...we think we like art. But sometimes it's difficult to know what it is all about. Together we have all kind off talks about this. Our neighbour  helps us a lot to understand all those new things. He gave us this link. maybe it's interesting for you as well http://blog.weatherphotos.org/

nice to have you around
