Jo Castillo

I have always had an interest in art and working with my hands. Whether it was cooking, sewing or making gifts, I am happy to be "doing". While living in Bolivia, I rediscovered my love of painting. My interest is in landscapes and paintings that have connections to my life. I paint mainly in pastels and oils. Sketching was always a necessary chore, but somehow it has become a favorite passtime. We divide our time between Texas and New Mexico.

		BB Lancton over 2 years I just discovered this site today and love it. Also love your pastels! They are so difficult and I've never been able to do well with them. One day I will gather the patience to try again. My unused pastels here await the chance! Your sketches inspire me to try again.
