Hannah Morris

I draw and make pictures as an artist and illustrator. I make picture books (for both adults and kids), visual commentaries (fancy phrase for 'cartoons'), and editorial illustrations. I also make paintings (gouache), collages, and hand-lettering. I grew up in Vermont, USA, moved to the Cape Town area and lived there for five years (perhaps one of the most beautiful cities in the world.) I recently returned to the USA and am now living in New York City. I have a bizarre but endearing sense of humor (so I'm told) and I try to bring that into my work whenever possible. I teach, and work with arts organizations from time to time.
