The process is... evolving.  I am learning to flow with the mood of the moment, trying to interpret the intercepted experience with some clarity.  It's not until later that I sometimes fully understand the message myself, but that is where the fun is.  For me, the act of drawing and painting helps me reach this zen state of being and not being.  In this way, I can reach total acceptance of myself.  Ego has slipped away, and I am free.
