Tera Leigh

Award-winning artist & author Tera Leigh discovered art when she was waiting for her California bar exam to become a lawyer. Her mother signed her up for a painting class so that her siblings wouldn't kill or maime her while she was awaiting the results. (A four month wait!) During that time she fell in love with painting, passed the bar, and several years later she wrote an award-winning reference book on folk art painting for North Light Books. (Complete Book of Decorative Painting.) Since that time, Tera has explored the mysterious and intriguing worlds of a variety of art media. She has written two additional books, (How to be Creative if You Never Thought You Could and Faux Mosaics.) She has taught creativity and art classes for individuals, corporations, and civic groups. Her greatest passion is to share the joy that creativity brings into a life - no matter what the media may be. Currently living in Oklahoma while she awaits her next adventure to begin, Tera grew up in Southern California, and considers Portland, Maine her second home.

		Tera Leigh almost 3 years I lived in Portland, very close to the NH border. I'm staying in Prague right now. Not too familiar with the area, but I'm about 40 miles east of OKC. I don't mind driving if you want to meet.

LOL I teach art in Norman Oklahoma, I love to do a lot of different mediums and I raise Paint horses. My life is spent mostly outdoors. Anyways would love to have a new friend.
